Diabetes Central Ottawa – Intake & Referral (DCO) is your access point to community diabetes education and support in Ottawa and Kemptville if you are 18 years of age or older and living with Prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes. It is possible to live well with diabetes through understanding and managing your condition.

Ask your healthcare provider to refer you or self-refer for diabetes education. Education services are free and offered by Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses.
